Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale transformation initiative within a modern industrial and production environment. This role focuses on advancing and optimizing manufacturing processes, contributing to the development of next-generation production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project execution within the assigned functional area
• Drive initiatives related to production enhancement and process optimization
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Ensure project delivery meets defined timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards
• Facilitate the implementation of new technologies, processes, and operational methodologies
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate resources and activities to maintain smooth project progression

Required Experience

• Proven experience in senior-level project management roles, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong background in managing complex projects and driving transformation initiatives

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
