We are looking for more warehouse workers in spring 2026 – in Receiving & packing | Immediate Start | Malmö (Jägersro)

Hill Ceramic finished 2025 strong and continues to grow. To meet increased volumes and higher demands for precision, we are now strengthening the team within receiving and order packing.

Small errors can have big consequences – that's why we are looking for you who are structured, meticulous, and take responsibility all the way.

The first recruitment round has been completed. We are now looking for additional warehouse workers for our warehouse in Malmö (Jägersro).

About the position

You will work with both receiving and packing at a pace where quality always comes before speed.

The tasks include among others

• Receiving, checking, and registering goods
• Order picking and packing of tiles, clinker, bathrooms, lighting, etc.
• Forklift driving (B1)
• Outbound shipments to customers in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway
• Contributing to order, structure, and improved routines in the warehouse

You will be part of a team with high accountability and clear processes.

We are looking for you who

• Have 2–4 years of experience in warehouse work, logistics, or order management
• Have a forklift license B1 (required)
• Are very meticulous and quality-conscious
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Are punctual, cooperative, and take own responsibility
• Are in good physical condition, heavy lifting is part of your work position
• Understand that correct handling is crucial for customer satisfaction and profitability

Working hours & conditions

• Full-time
• Start: Immediate/April

Working hours

• Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:00
• Friday 07:00–15:00

• Fixed monthly salary according to agreement
