Assignment Description

On behalf of our client, we are now seeking an experienced Data Scientist.

About the Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist who wants to participate in a cross-functional AI initiative focused on customer-facing services. The consultants will be part of the Analysis/AI team and work closely with IT specialists and business experts. The assignment involves developing a customer chat within the client's Microsoft Azure environment, capable of handling both general inquiries and issues specific to individual customers.

The goal is to establish a strong market position and create robust, data-driven solutions that contribute to a sustainable energy system. To achieve this, reinforcement with the right expertise is now needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with and further develop solutions based on LLM and integrate these with existing AI agents
• Develop and evaluate AI and ML models used in the customer chat
• Use the client's data, such as customer, facility, and measurement data, to enable customized responses in the chat
• Participate in the design of the solution's architecture
• Document solutions to ensure knowledge transfer to the client's organization
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders in an agile working method

Competence Requirements

• Documented and extensive experience in Data Science and machine learning
• Good experience working with machine learning services in Microsoft Azure, particularly related to LLM solutions
• Very good knowledge of Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks
• Experience handling both structured and unstructured data
• Understanding of model evaluation, performance optimization, and cost aspects
• Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and pedagogical manner
• Experience from previous projects with chat-based, customer-facing AI solutions
• Experience working in the public sector
• Meritorious if you have delivered team solutions from the supplier side

Meritorious

• Experience from the energy industry, public sector, or development of customer-facing digital services
• Knowledge in MLOps and experience putting models into production
