Business Analyst - Car Dealership, DMS, and Business Development

We are now recruiting a Business Analyst – Car Dealership, DMS, and Business Development for our client.

You applying for this job should not be a "typical" Business Analyst. And you should not just come from the automotive industry.

We are looking for someone who understands both worlds: you understand how a car dealership operates in practice and can simultaneously translate business needs into better ways of working, requirements, system support, and change.

Our client is an established provider of IT solutions in southern Stockholm. Here, you will have a key role in a system transition where customers move from on-prem to a new DMS and modern SaaS solutions. The role is about making it work in reality – with customers, users, processes, and systems.

This is the role

You work closely with car dealerships and help them develop and streamline their ways of working in connection with the implementation of DMS.

You will:

• train users in the DMS system
• support customers in digitalization and process improvements
• analyze business processes and system needs
• work with requirements analysis and business development
• participate in implementation and change projects
• contribute to the development of SaaS solutions

The role involves travel and working close to the business.

Who we are looking for

We are not looking for a general BA or someone who has only worked in the automotive industry.

We are looking for you who have the full combination.

You have:

• at least 5 years of experience from the automotive industry (e.g., sales administration or business support)
• good understanding of car sales processes
• experience where business, systems, and administration meet
• experience with requirements analysis, BA, or business development in a system-oriented environment
• experience with SaaS solutions and integrations
• at least 2 years of experience with agile ways of working
• very good ability to train and build trust
• fluent Swedish and English

Your background

You have built your experience in or near the car dealership sector and worked with a combination of business, systems, processes, and user support.

You may currently be:

• a system specialist
• an administrative salesperson
• a business developer
• a consultant
• a Business Analyst / Requirements Analyst

Meritorious

• on-prem → SaaS transformation
• training experience
• retail / e-commerce
• UX
• certifications (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)

About the role

You need to be self-driven, analytical, and relationship-building. You should be able to drive dialogue with customers, understand complex businesses, and at the same time be confident in training users.

• Permanent (6 months probationary period)
• Full-time
• Moraberg, Södertälje (hybrid + travel)
