Senior Product Owner IT Security & Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Do you want to lead a global team in cybersecurity? We are now looking for an experienced Product Owner/Service Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for one of our most important security areas: Privileged Access Management (PAM).

About the role

As Product Owner for our global PAM team, you will be the link between technical expertise and business value. You are responsible for driving and prioritizing the product's roadmap, managing budget work, and acting as Service Manager for the service. You lead a dedicated team and ensure that our privileged accesses are managed with the highest possible security in a complex, global environment.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Roadmap & Prioritization: Define and execute the product's future direction.

• Team Leadership: Lead and coach the team to ensure high delivery capability.
• 
  
• Service Management: Be responsible for the service's quality and budget work related to the product.
• 
  
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate and anchor decisions with stakeholders at a global level.

We are looking for you who:

We are seeking a senior profile who is confident in their leadership and has a good technical understanding of identity and access management.

• Experience: You have previously worked as a Product Owner, Service Manager, or in a leading role within IT security.

• Technical Competence: You have good knowledge of CyberArk (you understand the purpose and how the platform works).
• 
  
• Communication: You are skilled at communicating in English, both orally and in writing (professional working language).
• 
  
• Personality: You are self-sufficient, driven, and a distinct team player.

Merit-based:

• Knowledge of Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.

Practical information:

• Period: Start immediately until 2026-10-12 (with good chances of extension).
• 
  
• Location: Södertälje (Hybrid model: Flexible work with a requirement for on-site presence every Tuesday).
• 
  
• Scope: Full-time (100%).
