Senior Software Developer in Infotainment Systems

We are seeking a senior software developer for an assignment of both commercial and technical complexity, with significant impact on the business across multiple departments. The role requires broad and/or deep expertise (technical or commercial), acquired through extensive experience combined with relevant education.

Infotainment systems are one of the fastest-growing areas in the automotive industry. Competition today does not only come from traditional vehicle manufacturers but also from innovative players such as Google and Apple.

Within the business area Connected Experience, areas include Connectivity, Car Cloud Platform, Infotainment, and remote functions. The goal is to create a connected car experience and continuously improve the user experience for both new and existing vehicles.

Job Duties:

You will work in a team developing parking functions such as:

• Rear-view camera
• 360-degree camera
• 3D camera
• Sensor systems

The work involves software development from a low level (video stream from source) up to the presentation layer in Android, where the solution is visualized for the driver.

You work in an agile environment with end-to-end responsibility, meaning responsibility for the entire process—from requirements and development to testing in vehicles.

• Software development in camera and video solutions
• QNX / SOME/IP / V4L / GMSL
• Android EVS HAL
• Programming in C++, Java, and/or Kotlin
• Automated unit and integration testing
• Android Framework / AOSP
• Vehicle HAL
