Technical Integration Lead / Specialist
About the Role
You will lead and execute work of technically complex and business-critical nature with significant impact across multiple departments.
The role requires broad and/or deep expertise (technical or commercial), developed through extensive experience combined with relevant education.
Job Duties:
You will guide the organization in how products are developed incrementally to achieve new features in the software stack through a CI/CD approach.
The work is conducted in close collaboration with all development areas within R&D. Together, you create integration plans and ensure transparent tracking of functional development in electrical systems and software baselines.
You also work with architecture plans and test analysis to identify critical dependencies and ensure that the entire organization works towards common functional goals.
You are responsible for technical assessments of how plans affect the entire electrical system and drive integration planning based on project needs.
The team's main focus is to create the highest possible value in integration and test coverage across the entire R&D organization.
You also lead the work to establish common definitions for:
- “Ready to integrate”
- “Ready to release”

We are looking for you who:
- Have a strategic approach and experience with complex products and organizations
- Have experience with software integration in complex embedded systems
- Have experience with test and integration strategies and work in SIL/HIL/VIL environments
- Have an understanding of functional development in automotive systems
- Are communicative and accustomed to collaborating with various stakeholders
- Can analyze complex and sometimes conflicting information and translate it into solutions
- Are driven and development-oriented
Meritorious
- Master of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or software engineering
- Experience with roadmap, strategy, and vision work
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience with integration-driven development in large embedded systems
- Experience with CI/CD and testing in larger systems
- Jira / Atlassian
- Solution-oriented approach
- Good team player
