About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Incident Support to join our IT Operations team. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or candidates with limited work experience who are interested in IT service management and incident handling.
The role focuses on supporting daily incident management activities under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring smooth IT service operations.

We provide IT operations and technical support services for connected vehicle platforms (telematics systems), working closely with automotive manufacturers and ecosystem partners.
Our services cover system monitoring, incident handling, and operational support to ensure the stability and reliability of connected car services across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the incident management process in daily IT operations
- Assist in logging, categorizing, and tracking incidents in internal systems
- Monitor system alerts and escalate incidents to relevant teams when necessary
- Follow established procedures to ensure incidents are handled efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and update incident status
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
- Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Learn and follow IT service management best practices (e.g., ITIL)
Working Style
- Work under supervision and guidance from senior team members
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Gradually take on more responsibilities as experience grows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in IT operations and service management
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, or cloud environments is a plus
- Previous work experience (including internships) is a plus
- Experience working with or coordinating Chinese vendors/suppliers is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills in English
