What you will do

• Design, build, and own production-ready backend services and APIs that power our AI-driven products.
• Integrate and deploy machine learning models — including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and speech processing models — into reliable, scalable software.
• Work in an environment close to research and translate the latest advances in ML into production systems.
• Take responsibility for security, infrastructure, and hosting solutions, including Kubernetes-based systems.
• Contribute to improving performance, reliability, and observability across our entire platform.
• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to understand and solve real problems without obvious solutions.

Who you are

• You think like a modern software engineer — you write auto-tested code that you deploy the same day you wrote it.
• Speak fluent Swedish with approved grades in Swedish as a native language from high school or equivalent.
• You proactively share your progress and are always ready to help in a small, interdisciplinary team.
• You take responsibility and appreciate that a customer call today can lead to an experimental feature delivered next week.
• You are curious about machine learning and have integrated models and frameworks (PyTorch, Haystack) into software systems.
• You have delivered code to Docker-based infrastructure and understand basic security practices or are ready to learn on the job.
• You have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent, and are at the beginning of your career.

Practical details

• Location: On-site in central Stockholm.
• Contract: Permanent employment after six months of probationary employment.

Since we sell to defense customers, we will need to ask about citizenship for all applicants.

Since we are a language service, our employees need to speak fluent Swedish.
