IT Project Manager for Growing Company

We are now seeking an IT project manager for our growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring IT-related projects, with a focus on system development and integrations. You will work closely with both internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered according to set goals, timelines, and budget.

This position is a remote role with opportunities for flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from start to delivery
• Be responsible for managing and monitoring external consultants
• Ensure projects follow established goals, timelines, and budget
• Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Identify and manage risks as well as monitor project progress
• Contribute to improving internal processes and working methods

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience within IT
• Experience leading technical projects, preferably within system development
• Experience leading projects within e-commerce, preferably in larger e-commerce environments, or work with internal systems and tools in larger organizations
• Experience working with and coordinating external consultants
• Good understanding of agile working methods
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
