Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager with a strong understanding of Swedish Compliance and Regulations, to ensure compliance with external statutory requirements as well as internal ones on various projects. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence once a week.


Role Responsibilities

  • Ensuring projects comply with legislation and statutory requirements
  • Checking right to work, supply chain, planning, and local regulations
  • Performing audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Ensuring that General Data Protection Regulations are fully complied with
  • Keeping all regulatory technical compliance documentation and certifications up to date
  • Working closely with all teams involved in projects


Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience working on large construction projects in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of local legislation
