Electrician, Lead Installer - Stockholm

For our client in Stockholm, we are now looking for you who are an experienced electrician and passionate about the profession!

Job Duties

In the role of Lead Installer, you will lead and coordinate a team of electricians and installers. The job duties are varied and diverse.

You have responsibility and ensure that the project is carried out according to the highest safety standards and within the set timeframe. You carry out and supervise electrical installations, you also perform quality controls and ensure that all electrical work complies with applicable standards and regulations. In addition, you have close collaboration with project managers to plan and schedule the work.

The work is full-time, daytime. The position is a fixed-term full-time employment with good opportunities that after a period employed via Boost, you will receive an offer to transition to direct employment with the client.

About You

You are a skilled electrician with education from the electrical program or other relevant vocational training and you have worked as an electrician for several years and have experience as a lead installer for about 3-5 years. We prefer that you have previously had a team of electricians under you. It is important that you are self-sufficient in your work and that you have a desire to achieve set goals. As a person, you enjoy working together with others and have good collaboration skills. Camaraderie and a desire to develop are important in this role.
