ABOUT LIMHAMNSHUS

Limhamnshus is a traditional property company with holdings from Limhamn in the south to Falkenberg in the north. We have a head office in Malmö and local offices in Hässleholm, Limhamn, and Laholm.

As a property caretaker with us, you are Limhamnshus's representative out with our customers. You are responsible for the ongoing maintenance of our properties and contribute to safe and pleasant environments.

WORK TASKS

- Maintenance of the common areas of the properties

- Sweeping, litter picking, and maintaining order

- Inspection of installations and minor repairs

- Handling fault reports and customer contact

- Proactive action suggestions for long-term property maintenance
