Laxåhem is seeking a property technician

Laxåhem is a municipal housing company with origins dating back to 1946. We enhance and manage properties and premises in central Laxå, Hasselfors, and Finnerödja.

As one of our employees has taken on a different role in the company, we are now seeking a new property technician.

As a property technician, you will work on tasks including:

o internal and external maintenance

o apartment repairs

o ongoing contacts with residents

o contacts and some coordination of subcontractors and suppliers

o property preparedness

It is beneficial if you have prior knowledge and experience working in areas such as plumbing, electricity, construction, and/or operations technology, as well as good computer skills. Since we also handle snow and ice control in-house, it is an advantage if you have experience with machine operation. The role includes on-call duty.

We want you to be an engaged person who is proficient in Swedish in speech and writing. If you are multilingual, we view that positively.
