Job Description:

As a Service Technician with us, you will work alternatingly in our workshop/office in Malmö and on-site with our customers. In the workshop, you work with tasks such as assembly of copiers, installations, repairs, and troubleshooting, and you also handle support here. At our customers' sites, you are responsible for tasks such as installations, service, support, and basic information/training on how our machines work. Your workplace is primarily Malmö and the surrounding area, but we want to emphasize that customer assignments throughout Skåne and sometimes in other parts of Sweden are common. We will provide ongoing internal training. The work mainly consists of repair and troubleshooting as well as installations of office machines at the customer's site. A B driver's license is required for this position. We apply a six-month probationary employment period.

Who are you?

For this position, no specific education is required; rather, the right personal qualities. You have strong social skills, are practically inclined, solution-focused with excellent customer service. You as a person are service-oriented, flexible, outgoing, and have good organizational skills.

You have some knowledge of IT and a basic understanding of networks. You have a logical thinking that makes you a technical problem solver.

We would like you to have an interest in developing together with us and we with you. By that, we mean you are passionate about both your own and the company's development. That your work ethic is high is something we take for granted. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Since our systems are database-based, we see that you are technically inclined with good IT skills.
