Construction Coordinator

AB Boxholmshus is Boxholm's municipal property company. We own 604 apartments, commercial premises, as well as municipal schools, preschools, and care facilities and management agreements. The group's turnover amounts to approximately 121 million SEK, and we have 38 employees. The group includes AB Boxholmsteknik, which is responsible for the municipality's water and waste management operations.

For our property portfolio in Boxholm, we are now seeking a Construction Coordinator who wants to help develop our properties and customer contacts to the next level. We are currently in an exciting development phase focusing on customer interaction, area development, and sustainable investments. As a Construction Coordinator, you will be part of our management and operations organization that performs maintenance and upkeep of our properties. You will have close collaboration with tenants, caretakers/cleaners, and property technicians working within the property portfolio.

You will be a working Construction Coordinator and be part of the work team consisting of external contractors. Other tasks included in the role are:

Inspecting apartments

Planning construction work such as building, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical work

Ordering and coordinating construction work

Purchasing building materials and furnishings such as kitchens, etc.

Assembling carpentry and kitchens, flooring, and furnishings for premises and apartments

Follow-up and inspections

Creating invoice documentation and accounting for incoming invoices
