Substitutes for the Preschool I Ur och Skur Mullekojan/Laxehyddan

We run two smaller preschools in Skarpnäck, based on the I Ur och Skur methodology. We use an experience-based learning approach where outdoor pedagogy has a central place. If you enjoy outdoor life and see opportunities regardless of the weather, you'll fit in with us!

We are now seeking hourly substitutes who can work on short notice or with recurring hours during the absence of regular educators. It is advantageous if you have experience working as a childcare worker. We will place great importance on personal qualities.

As a person, you are engaged, flexible, and responsible. Your child focus is clear, and you have a positive attitude toward your work, your work team, as well as the entire preschool and unit. You collaborate with children, colleagues, and parents in a sensitive and smooth manner, listening, communicating, and handling conflicts in a constructive way. You act in accordance with decisions made, the curriculum, goals, policies, and guidelines.

As a childcare worker, you contribute to ensuring that daily life at the preschool functions well and that care and daily pedagogical work are based on children's participation and choices. Together with other colleagues at the preschool, you help create a positive, meaningful, and developing environment for each child and the entire group of children. In daily contacts with guardians, you are engaged, child-focused, and service-oriented.
