Södertälje Driving School AB is one of Sweden's oldest driving schools. It was founded in 1924 and is 102 years old this year.

We are a reputable driving school with high competence, quality, and knowledge.

We always have the student in focus.

Our goal is to educate traffic-safe drivers who can enjoy the freedom that a driver's license provides in the future.

We are now looking for a traffic instructor who wants to join our team part-time, approximately 60 - 80% (to start with) and can begin working soon. The position is scheduled with varying hours.

Your profile:

You should speak fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English.

You should have an interest in teaching in a pedagogical way.

You are quality-conscious and take personal responsibility for completing your tasks and contributing to a good work environment.

We have high demands on your personality. We are a small driving school and it needs to feel good for both parties.

You have a cheerful mood and a positive mindset. You should be engaged, service-oriented, patient, flexible, solution-focused, and pedagogical.

You will work with many students and it is required that you have the ability to see the individual's needs. This is to ensure that everyone reaches the set educational goal.
