Social Studies Teacher, grades 7-9

Enskilda Gymnasiet is a well-established independent school in the heart of Stockholm. The school was founded in 1913 and has been run since 1976 by parents through the non-profit Enskilda Gymnasiet Association, entirely without profit motive. We offer two university preparatory upper secondary programs – Social Sciences and Natural Sciences – as well as lower secondary school.

We are looking for an engaged and knowledgeable teacher who can teach and has qualifications for all four Social Studies subjects at the lower secondary level. The position also includes being able to teach one of the Social Studies subjects at the upper secondary level, as well as serving as a mentor. The position is a substitute position for the 26/27 academic year starting in August 2026, but with great opportunities for extension and permanent employment.
