Even you who are studying to become a teacher can be considered for employment. For permanent employment, a teaching license is required. We encourage and support internationally educated teachers who start with us to both learn Swedish and complement their teacher education to achieve a Swedish teaching license in the long term.

You are a qualified teacher in crafts for grades 6-9. We want you to see the importance of creating and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, students, and guardians. You are motivated by having regular contact with guardians, leading mentor time activities in line with the mentor program, and collaborating with colleagues in a supportive environment.
You should be confident in your professional leadership where you can create a stable environment both inside and outside the classroom. You value and deliver a personal, clear, and balanced leadership with both control and student engagement in focus. As a teacher, you are a clear and active norm-setter.
You also have:
- a genuine interest in children's learning and a passion for your profession.
- a conscious thought about your role as an educator and work structured based on applicable governing documents.
- a positive attitude and contribute to the development of the operations.
- initiative and a professional approach.
- a flexible work style and can collaborate in work teams and within the unit.

- an ability to systematically document, analyze, evaluate, and follow up on students' knowledge development.
Work tasks include among others:
- Mentorship for 15-16 students with oversight of attendance, grades, and school situation.
