Premises Caretaker Momek

We are looking for a premises caretaker to complement our operations!

We are now looking for a premises caretaker who wants to be an important part of our operations in Gällivare. We believe that cleaning is more than wiping surfaces. It is about creating calm, structure, well-being, and a feeling of “I want to be here”. Now we are looking for you who want to help create just that with us at Momin!

Momin AB is located in Gällivare and is part of the MOMEK Group, which operates in several markets such as process industry, mining, hydropower, and oil-gas industry. Momin AB offers maintenance and service services within industry and mining, and workshop services such as metal processing and manufacturing. We also offer rope access services (industrial climbing), fall protection assembly, and fall protection inspections. Our common goal is to deliver services of the highest quality to our customers.

The position is a temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

You contribute to:

Your tasks:

• Cleaning of staff rooms, staff accommodations, and offices
• Maintenance of common areas (changing rooms, dining hall, hygiene facilities) including replenishment of consumables.
• Responsibility for laundry (receiving and sending out)

You who are applying:

• See dirt that others miss (and get a little kick out of fixing it)
• Like order, structure, and clear results
• Are self-sufficient and take responsibility for your tasks and the outcome of your work
• Are engaged and want to develop our operations together with us
• Have experience in cleaning
• Have a driver's license
• Are proficient in English and Swedish in speech and writing
