Project Manager Earthworks and Civil Engineering

About the Position

We are seeking a project manager in earthworks and civil engineering who wants to help drive our projects forward. The role is suitable both for those with experience and for those at the beginning of their career who have the right attitude and understanding of the industry.

Job Duties

Plan and follow up on projects within earthworks and civil engineering

Support in project management and gradually take on greater responsibility

Coordinate personnel, machinery, and subcontractors

Participate in contact with clients and suppliers

Ensure quality, work environment, and schedule

We are looking for someone who

Has some experience or education in earthworks/civil engineering, construction, or similar

Has an understanding of how production on-site functions

Is flexible, cooperative, and solution-oriented

Wants to develop and take on responsibility over time

Has a strong work ethic and drive

Has a B driver's license

Desirable Qualifications

Experience from contracting (even as a tradesperson or supervisor)

Basic knowledge of AMA or construction contract law

Experience reading blueprints
