C/CE Driver for Distribution

Karlstads Godstrafik AB is part of the Convexa Invest AB group. We distribute parcels and packages for DHL across much of Värmland and northern Dalsland with high service and a focus on the customer. We deliver and collect for both businesses and private customers.

Our team consists of over 50 drivers, 2 supervisors, 2 traffic managers, and a terminal manager. The supervisors are on the terminal every morning to support drivers during loading, and the traffic managers are just a call away during the day to provide guidance or advice.

We place great emphasis on ensuring our staff enjoy their work by being helpful, offering personal development, maintaining an open atmosphere, and organizing pleasant gatherings.

We are looking for someone who is stress-resistant, positive, and has a good collaborative mindset. To handle the job, it helps to be proficient in the Swedish language in speech and writing. Working hours are on weekdays during the day. No evenings or weekends. Salary according to collective agreement. The 2026 agreement has a salary range of 182.8 - 190.79 SEK/hour depending on years of experience in the profession.

The employment is planned to start immediately and will continue through the summer with strong chances of extension and change of employment form after this period.

It is meritorious if there is work experience in distribution.
