Sorting & Scanning Operator - Hourly Worker

We are currently seeking flexible Warehouse Operators to join our team!

About the Role:

1. Warehouse Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
• Operating scanning packets (scanning and processing incoming packages)
• Conducting quality inspections of returned products according to SOP guidelines. Ensuring packaging standards are followed
• Recording inspection results accurately in the system
• Communicating any issues or discrepancies with relevant departments

2. Sorting & Scanning Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Sorting, scanning, recording, and processing parcels
• Performing scanning and system operations for incoming packages
• Reporting abnormal or problematic parcels promptly
• Completing daily sorting and scanning tasks according to workflow requirements

KPI Requirement

Both positions are subject to KPI assessment.

Employees are required to meet relevant performance targets, including efficiency, accuracy, and task completion standards

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 07:00 – 16:00
• Evening Shift: 16:00 – 20:00
• (Shift schedule may vary depending on workload.)

Requirements:

1. Preference for work experience in packaging, organizing clothing, and cleaning services, etc.
2. Possession of a work permit/visa (working visa is not sponsored for this position)
3. Good English proficiency (the system interface is in English)
4. A patient attitude to perform repetitive work and attention to detail
5. Team spirit, organization, and self-discipline
6. Basic computer skills
7. Ability to work physically and on shift schedules
8. Forklift license is a plus
