At the service center in Nogersund, we ensure that the Swedish Sea Rescue Society's fleet is always ready. We are now looking for a dedicated warehouse technician and property maintenance worker who wants to contribute to our continued development.

About Us

The Swedish Sea Rescue Society is a non-profit association with 73 rescue stations, over 270 rescue units, and about 2,500 volunteer sea rescuers. We are ready to respond around the clock – entirely without government subsidies – with a clear goal: to save lives at sea.

About the Job

You will be part of the service team within the maritime department and work from the service center in Nogersund. The team is responsible for service, maintenance, warehouse and logistics, and support to our sea rescue stations across the country.

Working hours: weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00

Travel: may occur but is typically limited

Job Duties

• Incoming and outgoing deliveries, orders, and warehouse management
• Handling of refurbished components
• Support to sea rescue stations and shipyards
• Moving and maneuvering rescue boats (on land and at sea)
• Care and maintenance of property and machinery
• Participation in improvement and development work

We Are Looking for You Who

• Have a high school education and a Class B driver's license
• Have experience in warehouse/logistics and service work
• Are practical with basic technical understanding
• Are accustomed to working with digital systems
• Communicates well in Swedish and has basic English

Advantageous: BE or C driver's license, forklift license (A2/C1), experience with boats, experience as a volunteer sea rescuer, and Ship Officer VIII or Engine Officer VIII. You live in or geographically close to Nogersund.
