Ambulance Nurse – Prehospital Work with Independent Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced ambulance nurse for prehospital operations in Sweden.

The work involves independent medical assessments in emergency situations, where you are responsible for the patient's initial care and prioritization already at the scene or in the home.

You work in an experienced team with clear guidelines and well-functioning routines, where each assignment requires both clinical competence and the ability to make decisions under time pressure.

Job Duties

As an ambulance nurse, you are responsible for:

• Independent patient assessment in prehospital environments
• Emergency care and treatment
• Prioritization and triage
• Medication management according to guidelines
• Communication with emergency departments and other care institutions
• Documentation according to current requirements

The work places high demands on clinical judgment, structure, and decision-making ability.
