Head Chef for Headquarters

We are now looking for a Head Chef for our headquarters, a key role for you who want to work strategically with food, concept development, and quality in our growing restaurant concepts Pitcher’s, Ll’amice, and Pepa Deli.

This is a role for you who want to take the next step: from kitchen management in one unit to influencing the whole, driving development, and setting the standard for multiple restaurants across Sweden.

We are in an expansive phase and are now looking for a person who wants to help elevate our concepts further with structure, creativity, and a strong sense of guest experience.

About the Role

As Head Chef at the headquarters, you will have a central role where you are responsible for developing, quality-assuring, and strengthening the food concepts in our operations.

You work closely with operations, procurement, and management and serve as support to our units. The role also involves regular travel and restaurant visits where you follow up on quality, routines, and results and drive improvements together with the teams.

This is a role where you get to combine gastronomy with analysis, structure, and forward-thinking.

We are looking for you who is a confident and driven leader with a strong interest in food and experience from the restaurant industry.

You have the ability to see the whole picture and understand how food concepts work in practice – in multiple units, with different teams and different conditions.
