We are seeking cheerful & friendly Sandwich Artists for our unit in Kungsmässan

Previous experience in food preparation, catering, retail and/or customer service is desirable, but not necessary – you will receive comprehensive training and attend various courses at the University of Subway®. It is more important that you are a team player with a winning attitude. If you are currently working in customer service, in retail as a sales assistant, at a restaurant, if you are studying or recently graduated and want to start a career in the food industry – then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Subcom Sweden AB is an organization under the management of Nordic Bites Oy which together is responsible for over 350 restaurants in Sweden and Finland.

Main responsibilities:

· Preparing and prepping meat and vegetables, including baking bread and cookies

· Ensuring that food storage and preparation areas meet health and safety standards

· Following Subway's rules and policies

· Cashier duties

· Registering deliveries

· Performing cleaning and maintenance according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules

· Following safety procedures

· Working as part of a team

· Delivering high-standard service in product handling, sales, and guest interactions.

As a Sandwich Artist™, you serve and create added value for guests in an efficient and pleasant manner. In this role, you promote awareness of Subway® as a brand and ensure that hygiene standards are met.

Who are you and what do we expect from you?

- An ability to work in a fast and hectic environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.

- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.

- The ability to work independently and take own initiatives when needed.

- Flexibility to work in various shifts and during weekends, evenings, and holidays.

- If you work or have worked in fast food or the restaurant industry, it is a big plus.

- Very good knowledge of Swedish is a requirement. Good knowledge of English is a big plus.

- You are stable, i.e., calm and controlled even in stressful situations.

- You love working with and alongside people.

- You have good collaboration skills, i.e., work well with other people.

- You are service-oriented, i.e., attentive and accommodating in your approach. Have interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.
