Senior Technical Specialist / IT Architect (Windows Server & Hyper-V)

About the Role

Nefesh AB is growing and is now seeking a senior IT consultant for an exciting and long-term assignment at Sweden's largest critical public agency in Stockholm.

In the role of Technical Systems Specialist, you will belong to the agency's Windows server group. Your main focus will be to support and strengthen the group in connection with a major implementation of Microsoft Dynamics from a platform perspective. You will be responsible for design, platform selection, as well as installation and configuration of the underlying infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operation.

You will work both operationally in projects and with ongoing maintenance. The role also involves significant responsibility within Hyper-V, where you contribute with your heavy expertise in architecture, capacity planning, and optimization of the virtual environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, maintenance, and operation of large-scale Windows-based server environments.
• Design and setup of Microsoft Dynamics (on-prem).
• Architecture, optimization, and capacity planning for Microsoft Hyper-V clusters.
• Collaboration with other teams to ensure the highest demands on performance, availability, and security.
• Documentation and knowledge transfer within the organization.

Qualification Requirements (Must-have)

To be considered for this role, the client has very specific requirements for documented experience. You must have:

• At least 5 years of experience working as a technician in design, maintenance, and operation of Windows server environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in design and setup of Microsoft Hyper-V clusters.
• Documented experience in design and setup of Microsoft Dynamics on-prem.
• Documented experience working in the role of technical architect.
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

Desirable Competence

It is strongly desirable if you also have experience with Azure / Azure DevOps, VMware environments, networks and firewalls, IT security and certificate management, MSSQL, and server hardware.

Important Information on Security Clearance

Since the assignment is performed at an agency with high demands on security and confidentiality, it is an absolute requirement that you can undergo and be approved in a security clearance with register check (Security Protection Act 2018:585) before employment. For this assignment, Swedish citizenship is required.

Practical Information

• Start Date: June 25, 2026 (or as soon as possible after approved security clearance).
• Assignment Length: Until June 25, 2027, with good opportunities for extension up to an additional year.
• Workplace: Stockholm, with the possibility of 25% remote work.
