Network Technician for Data Center Infrastructure (Consulting Assignment)

Do you want to work in a mission-critical IT environment where your network expertise makes a real difference? We are now looking for a network technician for an exciting consulting assignment within data center infrastructure.

About the assignment

You will be part of a team responsible for operations, development, and management of advanced network infrastructure in a complex and highly available environment. The role involves both operational work and participation in development initiatives.

Your tasks

• Manage and resolve incidents and problems in network environments
• Work with operations and maintenance of routing and switching solutions
• Implement changes according to established IT processes
• Participate in technical requirements specification and solution design
• Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and further development of systems
• Ensure updated documentation (network diagrams, operational procedures, etc.)
• Work with IT security issues related to network infrastructure
• Act as a specialist and support to the business

Requirements (mandatory)

• Certification in networking (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a network technician in larger environments (5000+ users, 10+ sites)
• Experience working in high availability environments
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Multiple network certifications
• Experience with network automation (e.g., Python, Ansible)
• Experience with IT infrastructure lifecycle management
• Experience working with security-classified systems
