Spare Parts Manager for BMW - Autowåx Bil

We are a service company with a workshop, car and spare parts sales that puts the customer first. We want to strengthen our team and are therefore looking for another dedicated & service-oriented person who adds increased value to the Autowax family.

Your areas of responsibility

As spare parts staff, you enjoy delivering high service to both the workshop, store, sales department, and external corporate customers. You will handle everything included in the spare parts/warehouse role such as orders, goods receipt, picking spare parts for the workshop, tires and wheels, lifestyle shop, and mounting tires and rims. Your responsibilities include serving customers via phone, email, and over the counter. You also assist at our service desk and help customers with all matters such as booking workshop time for service, etc.

Central to the role is working from a customer perspective with a lot of contact with internal and external customers. You work with a strong focus on service and have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Who are you?

· You are a team player and have good social skills

· You enjoy having a coordinating role and delivering service at a high level

· You work independently and responsibly

· You are stress-resistant and have organizational skills

· You are solution-focused

· You have a strong interest in and knowledge about cars

· You have experience with Microsoft Office and preferably experience with the business system Kobra

· You express yourself well both orally and in writing in Swedish and also master English

· You have several years of work experience
