Summer Job as Property Manager at Enköping Rental Properties

Do you want a summer job where you make a real difference in people's daily lives? Now we at AB Enköping Rental Properties (EHB) are looking for an engaged and service-oriented property manager for the summer!

As a property manager, you are an important part of creating safe and pleasant residential areas. You work closely with our tenants and together with colleagues such as other property managers and repair technicians. The position is located at our office at Västerleden 152. You report to the Head of Management Services.

Main Responsibilities

• Have contact with tenants and assist in daily life
• Patrol residential areas and contribute to a safe environment
• Perform simpler practical measures
• Participate in well-being and area activities
• Assist with inspections and checks

• Are service-oriented and enjoy meeting people
• Are responsible and can work both independently and in a team
• Are communicative, clear, and solution-oriented in your work approach
• We place great emphasis on personal qualities as the majority of the work is carried out in our tenants' home or business environments.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish
• Have a Class B driver's license

Meritorious

• Have experience from similar work
• Additional language skills

The position is a fixed-term employment between June 8, 2026 – August 28, 2026
