Technical Property Caretaker

About the Position

As a property caretaker with us, you will be part of a dynamic and engaged team where no two days are the same. You will work with the daily operations of our properties, from maintenance and repairs to ensuring all our guests have a trouble-free and pleasant stay.

Your tasks will include:

• Daily operation and maintenance of our properties – both indoors and outdoors
• Addressing urgent fault reports
• Handling fire and evacuation alarms
• Contact with guests for simple matters
• Collaborating with contractors and property team

We are looking for you who:

• Are service-oriented and solution-focused
• Enjoy flexible work where days can vary
• Can work independently but also collaborate in a team
• Have practical skills and dare to take responsibility
• Have experience in similar work
• Proficient in Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Have a B driver's license
• Have knowledge and authorization to handle various tools and machines such as chainsaw, lawn mower, excavator, and wheel loader is strongly meriting.
• Have experience with low-voltage electricity and plumbing is meriting.

Employment:

• Full-time employment with a probationary period of 6 months
• Start: 2026-07-01
• Location: Frejastråket 2 Strängnäs
• Working hours: Daytime 08:00 – 17:00
• Salary is applied based on experience and individually tailored
