About the position:

We are looking for an engaged individual who shares our vision and strives to be part of the change in people's lives. You will work both independently and in a team, where ideas are shared to improve and spread knowledge throughout the team. You should have experience with documentation and a passion for coaching participants who strive to reach education or employment.

We prefer that you have academic knowledge equivalent to:

Option 1:

• One year of post-secondary education.
• At least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in areas such as supervision with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling of personnel matters (not solely personnel administration), work with labor and labor market issues, and work with social and group psychology.

Option 2:

• Completed higher education comprising at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent from a vocational college.
• At least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time, including part-time work where the total working time equals full-time over two years.

It is advantageous if you are multilingual, and you should master the Swedish language in speech and writing.

Information:

We conduct interviews continuously, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the suitable candidate. The position is part-time and the workplace is located in Hallonbergen.
