Assignment Description
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a specialist in the Medallia platform.
You will play a central role in our work with customer experience (CX) and work with the Medallia platform to design, develop, configure, and optimize feedback flows throughout the entire customer journey – from sales and delivery to aftermarket and operational services. You collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape how we globally collect and use customer feedback. The role also involves responsibility for managing and further developing the system for customer feedback and surveys based on Medallia. You also drive the development of new features and improvements to enhance the platform's performance and the insights it generates.
We are looking for you who have:
– 5–8 years of practical experience working with the Medallia platform (e.g., configuration and backend)
– Certifications such as Medallia Admin and Product are required
– Good knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs
– Experience with CX and feedback processes, including the design and implementation of feedback loops
– Strong analytical ability and a focus on translating insights into improvements
– Meritorious with experience in AI/NLP, dashboards, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and distributed systems
