We are now looking for 2 appointment setters who want to work with the telephone as their primary tool.

• Own computer

• Headset to be able to talk on the phone

• Stable internet connection

👉 This is a requirement as the work is entirely remote.

💼 About the role

As an appointment setter with us, you work with cold calls to private individuals.

But it's important to understand:

👉 You are not selling anything.

👉 You offer a free service where the person gets the opportunity to compare multiple real estate agents and make a better decision about selling their home.

You work with a proven script, clear structure, and tools that help you in the calls.

We do not work by 'nagging' our way to appointments.

👉 If you get a no – you move on.

💰 Salary & compensation

• 100% commission-based salary (no fixed salary)
• 
  
• Clear compensation per booked and completed appointment
• 
  
• Target: approx. 29,000 SEK/month
• 
  
• No upper limit – you can earn significantly more depending on performance

👉 Your salary is entirely based on your performance

📊 Expectations

To reach the target, we expect you to book on average:

• 4–5 appointments per workday
