Description

About the role

In this role, you work with both consulting and sales, helping customers understand their needs and recommending the right treatments. You are responsible for the entire customer journey, from the first contact to follow-up.

Job duties

• Consulting and sales of aesthetic treatments

• Conducting needs analyses and creating individual treatment plans

• Actively following up on leads and customer inquiries

• Booking and coordinating consultations

• Working towards clear sales targets

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

Requirements

• Experience in sales (required)

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Strong communication skills and a consultative work approach

• Results-oriented and self-reliant

Desirable

• Experience in the aesthetic industry

• Experience in consultative sales

• Familiarity with CRM or booking systems
