About Us

Timi of Sweden is a trendy jewelry brand with roots in Scandinavian design and a strong focus on quality, affordability, and sustainability. Our jewelry is designed in Sweden and assembled in our own factory in the Philippines, where we actively work on female empowerment and fair working conditions.

We sell our products both directly to consumers (D2C) and to retailers and agents (B2B) in Scandinavia and internationally. Our office is located in a rural setting just outside Bjärred, about 10 minutes from Lund Central and 15 minutes from Malmö.

About the Role

We are now seeking a Social Media Manager with overall responsibility for our presence in social media, influencer and event collaborations, newsletters, and communication of marketing materials to our network of agents, retailers, and distributors. The role is creative and communicative, but also structured and business-oriented—you are an important link between the brand and the outside world, both towards consumers and towards our trade partners.

The role also includes involvement in production work related to photography and, when needed, supervising interns and junior resources. You have support from a dedicated assistant at our factory in Manila for administration and distribution in the B2B channel, and for paid advertising, you collaborate with external consultants.

Your Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Plan, produce, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and own our social media strategy in line with the brand's vision
  • Drive community management and actively engage our audience
  • Analyze and report on KPIs, reach, and conversion
  • Collaborate with external consultants responsible for paid advertising


Influencers, Collections & Events

  • Identify, contact, and build long-term relationships with relevant creators and influencers
  • Drive and coordinate collaborations with influencers creating their own collections with Timi of Sweden—from idea to launch
  • Plan and execute influencer events—from concept to completion
  • Ensure that collaborations and events reflect the brand and create engaging content


Photo Production & Visual Content

  • Be involved in planning and production of photoshoots—moodboards, styling, and sourcing clothes in line with the brand
  • Contribute to the selection and editing of image material for campaigns and launches
  • Ensure that visual content maintains a consistent aesthetic and quality


Newsletters & Email Communication

  • Create and produce socially engaging newsletters targeted at consumers and partners
  • Work with segmentation, tone, and visual presentation to maximize engagement
  • Ensure that newsletters align with other communication and campaign calendars


B2B Communication & Partner Network

  • Coordinate and distribute marketing materials and social content to agents, retailers, and distributors
  • Adapt materials for different markets and partner contexts
  • Support partners in how they communicate the brand in their own channels
  • Serve as a clear communication link between the brand and the commercial network

Dedicated Resource: In B2B work and for practical digital administration, you have access to an assistant based at our factory in Manila, who supports with distribution of materials and uploading content.

Leadership & Onboarding

  • Supervise and onboard interns and junior resources in the brand's working methods, tools, and tone of voice
  • Distribute tasks, follow up, and approve content and deliveries from junior team members


We are looking for you who

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail
  • Have experience with influencer relations, collaborations, and event production
  • Are accustomed to being involved in photo production—moodboards, styling, and creative briefing
  • Have worked with newsletters and email communication in a brand context
  • Are accustomed to communicating with external parties—agents, retailers, or distributors
  • Have experience supervising or coordinating interns and junior resources
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Have experience with tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo
  • Are accustomed to following up results with clear insights and acting data-driven
  • Have a genuine eye for aesthetics and understand what engages visually
  • Are independent, structured, and thrive in a broad role with many points of contact


Meritous: Experience with video production for short-form content (Reels, TikTok), knowledge of paid advertising in social media, experience with international markets or multilingual communication, and familiarity with tools such as Flowbox and Dreamfluence.
