Childcare Worker Temporary Position

Preschool Lotsen is an independent preschool located in Väddö. The preschool operates in purpose-built facilities and has a large preschool yard rich in environments such as forest and grassy areas.

At Lotsen, play is the focus. In our operations, it is important that children feel seen, heard, and listened to. Children have real influence in the activities, with their interests and curiosity forming the basis for the educational work. We have close collaboration with guardians through an active parent council. We consider it important to spend time outdoors in varied environments. At Lotsen, you receive free meals and work clothes for both indoor and outdoor activities.

Together with the team, you build an operation where children's development and learning are the focus. You should be flexible, engaged, and focused on caring learning. You are confident in your leadership role and well-versed in the curriculum and the preschool's mission.

Qualifications

We welcome you if you have childcare education or similar adequate education that the employer deems suitable for the work. You must also have good oral and written skills in Swedish.
