About the Job

We are looking for you who have a broad pedagogical toolbox and good subject knowledge, making your teaching stimulating and accessible. You can support students with difficulties in the subject as well as challenge students who are proficient in mathematics. You enjoy helping students find strategies to succeed in their studies. You find it easy to build trusting relationships with people. For you, values, equal treatment, and equity are important. Through your leadership, you create security and engagement. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You are also attentive, which makes it easy for you to communicate with different types of people. Your qualities and abilities make it easy for you to reach students and collaborate with colleagues. In your work, you use formative assessment and guide students' development. You develop the mathematics subject by planning, following up, and evaluating your work together with colleagues and by drawing inspiration from, for example, research and networks. In planning and implementing teaching, you have good knowledge and grounding in the governing documents. You are curious and strive to develop teaching together with other teachers, student health, and school management
