Do you want to help create a safe, meaningful, and stimulating everyday life for children?

Nödinge Parish is now seeking an engaged childcare worker who wants to contribute to our preschools' development and children's learning in an operation with a Christian value foundation.

Job Duties

As a childcare worker with us, you work closely with children in their daily life where care, play, and learning go hand in hand. You participate in and plan creative activities, games, and gatherings, and are involved in all parts of the children's day, such as meals and rest. The work occurs both indoors and outdoors. Together with preschool teachers and colleagues, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the operation and actively contribute to the systematic quality work and the development of the preschool's pedagogical work. You also have an important role in contact with guardians and participate in parent meetings and conversations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained childcare worker and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You feel secure in your professional role and have the ability to work both independently and together with others. You are good at creating good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues and contribute to a good collaborative climate in the work team. Experience working in a preschool is meritorious, as is an interest in creative activities, music, or other aesthetic forms of expression. You also have good digital proficiency and feel comfortable using digital tools in your work.

As a person, you are engaged, flexible, and proactive. You have a reflective approach and want to be involved in developing the operation together with your colleagues. You always put the child's best interests in focus and contribute to creating a safe, joyful, and educational environment where each child gets the opportunity to develop based on their conditions.
