About the position

We are looking for an experienced asbestos remover who wants to take responsibility in production. You will work both practically in remediation and with leading smaller work groups and driving sub-tasks in projects. The role requires that you can work systematically, follow regulations and document work correctly.

Work tasks

• Asbestos remediation according to current legal requirements, work methods and protective regulations
• Plan and lead work tasks on site (group/project)
• Ensure order, protective measures, barriers and self-checks
• Read drawings and documentation, and translate them into practical implementation
• Write reports and documentation (e.g., self-checks, deviations, logbook)
• Collaborate with work management, clients and other professional groups on the worksite

Qualifications (requirements)

• Documented experience with asbestos remediation
• Minimum 5 years of experience within remediation/construction-related environmental work
• Class B driver's license (requirement)
• Ability to lead groups and work goal-oriented in projects
• Good ability to read drawings and work according to technical documentation
• Experience writing reports and working with documentation
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience with PCB remediation
• Experience with other environmental/special remediations
• Relevant training/certifications (e.g., lift, fall protection, hot work)
