Casator Care is a smaller care group with three operations in Kalmar and Ålem.

About the operations

At Villa Lindö Investigation & Services, we work on behalf of social services with children aged 0–16, their parents, and expectant parents.

We investigate and map children's needs and parents' capabilities according to BBIC (Children's Needs in Focus). The work is conducted in interdisciplinary teams consisting of social workers, behavioral scientists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.

At Villa Lindö Treatment Home, we work with children aged 0–15, their parents, and pregnant women.

We offer treatment and support for psychiatric, psychosocial, or addiction-related issues. Our clients are primarily Social Services and the Prison and Probation Service.

About the role

We are now seeking hourly substitutes and summer substitutes

As a substitute with us, you will have varied, meaningful, and educational work where you contribute to safety and stability for the families living with us.

You work in close collaboration with our contact persons, investigators, coordinators, and participate in the daily work around the families.

The role also includes practical tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and creating structure and well-being in daily life.

Qualifications

At least two years of post-secondary education in social work, behavioral science, or social pedagogy

(For example, a 2-year vocational college education or at least 120 credits in a related field)

Experience working with addiction, trauma, or functional variations

Knowledge of relevant legislation: SoL, LVU

Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

Good computer skills and experience with documentation

Other:

Class B driver's license required for both day and night duty

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, reliability, and collaboration ability

Employment type: Hourly employment

Working hours: Daytime, evening, weekend, sleeping on-call or awake night (scheduled)

Start date: As agreed

Extract from the Police Authority's criminal and suspicion register is always required before employment.
