In the role as a consultant, you will come in and support units in great need of extra help and get to make a difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. The consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this can involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that create a need for temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments all over Sweden - this is a general advertisement aimed at you who are curious about taking on assignments moving forward.

We observe that in this challenging job market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while searching for permanent positions – thereby giving themselves a greater chance of work, both short-term and long-term.

Your experience:

• Social Worker degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in public authority work
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Ability to speak and write fluently in Swedish
• Driver's license

How it works

The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we create a profile for you in our operational system. We start with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consulting profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to create a profile in our system, such as a CV and degree certificate.

We then use this profile to match you with and suggest relevant assignments that suit your background and preferences. If you think an assignment sounds interesting, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual. We always agree on all details before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always You who chooses what you are interested in. You should always feel secure in every step of the process.
