We are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in official care administration within both Elderly Care and LSS. We see a significant increase in the need for these specific skills and are seeking you who want to use your knowledge to make a real difference. Perhaps you want to try the profession as a Social Work Consultant?

In the role as a consultant, you will come in and relieve units that are in great need of extra help and get to make a difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. Consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – it may involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary personnel. We have Social Work assignments across all of Sweden - this is a general advertisement aimed at you who are curious about taking on assignments going forward.

We see that in this challenging job market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – and in this way give themselves a greater chance of work, both short-term and long-term.

Your experience:

• Social Work degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in official administration
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Ability to speak and write fluently in Swedish
• Driver's license

How it works

The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we start a profile for you in our operational system. We begin with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consultant profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to be able to start a profile in our system, for example, CV and degree certificate.

We then use this profile to match you with, and come up with suggestions for, relevant assignments that suit your background and wishes. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can both invoice through your own company, or work as an employee and receive your salary every month just as usual. We always agree on all parts before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always You who chooses what you are interested in. You should always feel secure in every step of the process.
