In the role of consultant, you will come in and relieve units that are in great need of extra help and get to make a difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. The consultants are directly crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – it could involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that create a need for temporary staff. We have Social Work assignments all over Sweden - this is a general advertisement aimed at you who are curious about taking on assignments moving forward.

We see that in this challenging job market, many also temporarily step in as consultants while they search for permanent positions – and in doing so, give themselves a greater chance of employment, both short-term and long-term.

Your experience:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in authority work
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Able to speak and write fluent Swedish
• Driver's license

How it works

The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we start a profile for you in our operational system. We begin with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consultant profession works. We also need several documents from you to be able to start a profile in our system, for example CV and degree certificate.

We then use this profile to match you with, and suggest, relevant assignments that suit your background and wishes. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary every month as usual. We always agree on all parts before we send a presentation of you to our client – it is always You who chooses what you are interested in. You should always feel secure in every step of the process.

When you are out working on your assignment through us, you have continuous dialogue with your closest contact person with us, who guides and supports you through the assignment from start to finish. We place great value on being available for you.
