In the role of a consultant, you will step in to support units in great need of extra help and make a difference, both for the existing staff and for the clients. Consultants are crucial for many of Sweden's municipalities to function optimally – this may involve difficulties in recruitment, temporary peaks in cases, or sick leave and parental leave that require temporary staff. We have Social Worker assignments all over Sweden - this is a general advertisement aimed at you who are curious about taking on assignments going forward.

Your Experience:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in official practice
• Good knowledge of computer systems
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation
• Able to speak and write fluent Swedish
• Driver's license

How It Works

The first step to working as a consultant through us is that we start a profile for you in our operational system. We begin with an initial phone call where we learn more about you and your background, while you get answers to all your questions about us and how the consultant profession works. We also need a number of documents from you to start a profile in our system, such as CV and degree certificates.

We then use this profile to match you with, and suggest, relevant assignments that suit your background and wishes. If you think it sounds like an interesting assignment, we agree on compensation and discuss other important parameters. As a consultant, you can either invoice through your own company or work as an employee and receive your salary each month as usual. We always agree on all details before sending a presentation of you to our client – it is always You who chooses what you are interested in. You should always feel secure in every step of the process.
