Personal Assistant sought for an active girl

We are now seeking an engaged and reliable personal assistant for a lovely girl who needs help with supervision and support in all her daily needs. The service involves working at home, during leisure activities, and in other everyday environments where the girl is present.

About the position:

As a personal assistant, you are an important part of the girl's daily life. Your mission is to create security, continuity, and a meaningful existence together with her. It is of great importance that you can establish routines and structure in your work with the girl as she is active and mobile. The work also involves assisting with everything from personal hygiene, meals, communication, mobility, and supervision, to accompanying her to activities and providing support in social contexts.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a big heart and a calm, secure approach
• Find it easy to adapt to different daily rhythms and can quickly identify needs
• Are responsible, attentive, and follow routines
• Have experience working as a personal assistant for children with externalizing behavior
• Have good Swedish in speech and writing
• Are a non-smoker and have good physical ability
• Have a driver's license (advantageous but not a requirement)

Working hours:

Varying shifts during the day, evening, and weekend. It is important that you are flexible and can work during holidays and breaks.

Location:

At the girl's home.

Start date: immediate
