Personal Assistant for a Female Client with ALS (Central Handen)

We are seeking a female personal assistant for a client living in central Handen. The client has ALS and requires safe, calm, and experienced staff who can provide support in all aspects of daily life.

Working Hours

      •     Day shifts: 08:00–20:00

      •     Night shifts: 20:00–08:00

About the Client

The client is a woman with ALS who needs assistance with, for example, transfers, personal care, communication, and creating structure in her day. You will work in the client's home in a calm and safe environment.

Job Duties

      •     Support in daily routines

•     Handling of cough assist machine, suction machine, and ventilator according to instructions

      •     Personal hygiene and care

      •     Assistance with communication

      •     Light household chores

      •     Transfers and positioning

      •     Safe presence during day and night shifts

We Are Looking for You Who

      •     Have experience with ALS, or similar care needs

      •     Speak and understand very good Swedish

      •     Are calm, patient, and safe

      •     Are responsible, independent, and reliable

Background Check

At Assistansporten AB, we prioritize the safety and security of our clients and have a routine of checking background checks for all individuals hired in the company. This means that upon employment, we will request a background check from you before you can start working. You will order the background check yourself according to LSS from the police.
