We are entrusted to help more and more children, youth, and adults with complex needs, and therefore we now need to strengthen our team with an engaged family home consultant in Jönköping County or Östergötland County and surrounding area.

With us, you will become an important part of a warm, professional, and value-driven team that makes a real difference every day.

We operate with a license from the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) and have procured agreements with all municipalities in the country.

📍 Location: Jönköping, Östergötland County and surrounding area

🕐 Employment: Full-time, permanent

🚀 Start date: Immediately or as agreed

🔍 YOUR MISSION:

✔ Supervise & support family homes/emergency homes

✔ Collaborate with social services & other actors

✔ Investigate & introduce new family homes

✔ Document according to BBIC and handle emergency interventions

🎓 WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE:

📘 Degree in social work or equivalent education (at least 180 credits) Requirement

📘 Supervisor training of at least 15 credits with a focus on family homes. Meritorious.

📘 Experience in family home care or social work. Requirement

📘 Class B driver's license and ability to travel within the region. Requirement
